Siddharth Joukani, an actor-model, recently shared his experience of getting the web series “Rafuchakkar” on JioCinema. He expressed his love for being a part of the series and his connection with his character.
Joukani revealed that he received a message about an audition for the role and quickly set up his tripod to send his audition. Within a few days, he received the news that he had been selected for the role of Vicky, the lead actress’ ex-boyfriend. While he sympathizes with his character, he emphasized that he is not that kind of person in real relationships.
The actor also spoke highly of his co-star Maniesh Paul, describing it as a refreshing experience to work with him. He praised Paul’s ability to change the energy of the room whenever he enters and described him as a humble person.
Reflecting on his journey, Joukani mentioned that he had gone through numerous auditions before finally getting his breakthrough opportunity. He expressed gratitude for starting his career in the OTT (Over-The-Top) platform, emphasizing that it is an excellent platform to showcase various talents. He also expressed optimism about the future of OTT content, believing that it will continue to improve. Joukani added that as the youth, they have the power to bring change, especially through cinema.
