In a remarkable span of six months, his dedication and drive earned him a pivotal role in the beauty segment, overseeing the salon and spa operations. Within a year of his service, Zarir was entrusted with heading this department, a testament to his innate leadership skills.

Reflecting on his journey, Zarir recalls, “I always wanted to be a part of the hospitality industry. Joining my first job at Sahara Star hotel was a significant milestone. It was here that I realized my passion for the beauty and fashion business.” This revelation marked the beginning of a new chapter in Zarir’s career, one that would see him venture into diverse domains.
Zarir’s unwavering commitment to growth and innovation propelled him towards his partnership with renowned hair and makeup artist Florian Hurel. While Zarir and Florian had known each other for nearly a decade, their official collaboration commenced in September 2019. Together, they established L’atelier Artist Management, a platform that brings together a roster of celebrity artists. The likes of Ami Patel, Shaleena Nathani, Rina Charaniya, Nuno Oliveira, and Florian himself contribute their expertise to this creative space.
Multitasking appears to be a second nature for Zarir, who effortlessly manages four distinct organizations with finesse. When questioned about his secret to achieving perfection and success in this dynamic landscape, Zarir attributes his prowess to his insatiable thirst for knowledge and his willingness to embrace change.
“Multitasking has always been my forte, and I have a deep passion for learning new things,” he affirms. “Knowledge is the most powerful weapon one could have. Hence, I believe in continuous learning and applying new insights to the businesses I oversee.”
