PETA model and actress Rozlyn Khan is gearing up for her next music video after her victorious battle against cancer. After being diagnosed with 4th stage oligometastatic breast cancer, Rozlyn Khan took a break from her work, including shooting for a music video. However, she is now on the road to recovery and ready to resume her professional commitments.
The upcoming music video is set to be released on a prominent music label, and it features a song that has already been recorded in the voice of a talented singer and composed. Rozlyn Khan expressed her eagerness to get back to work, stating, “After the release of ‘Aa Bhi Jaa,’ I was supposed to shoot for my next music video, but due to my illness, everything was put on pause mode. Now, I am all set to resume my work. The song is ready. The only thing pending is shooting.”
During her battle with cancer, Rozlyn Khan not only faced health challenges but also dealt with negative comments and trolling from ill-intentioned individuals. Despite facing body-shaming and hair loss due to chemotherapy, she remained strong and focused on her recovery.
Rozlyn Khan shared her experience, saying, “I was taken aback since my doctors never told me that I will put on weight due to steroids given to me during my cancer treatments. It was a big challenge for me to accept myself with so much weight as I was always having a slim and athletic body. I put on approximately 10 to 12 kgs post-cancer treatment, which put all my upcoming projects and music videos on hold. But now I will hit the gym and start exercising to shed those extra pounds. This process will take more than a month or two because I have to start it slowly. Also, a few of my steroid doses are left. Once it is done, I will achieve my goal surely and easily. It’s not going to be a big deal for fitness freaks like me.”
