Despite difficulties at the box office, Kangana Ranaut and Shah Rukh Khan insist that they embody the last generation of Bollywood stars.
Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut spoke candidly about her thoughts about celebrity in the film business and her choice to enter politics in a recent interview with Times Now. Kangana compared her career path to that of fellow actor Shah Rukh Khan in response to her recent box office disappointments, highlighting the fact that even the biggest performers have unsuccessful periods in their film careers.
“No artist in the world has every film become a hit,” Kangana said bluntly. “Shah Rukh Khan’s films didn’t perform well for a decade, and then ‘Pathaan’ succeeded.” Similar to this, I had a 7–8 year hitless streak before ‘Queen’ brought my career back to life. Following were hits like “Manikarnika,” and “Emergency” is expected to have an effect.
Regarding acting, Ranaut’s next role in the movie “Emergency” as former prime minister Indira Gandhi showcases her range as a performer. Even with her political ambitions, Ranaut is committed to her work and uses her platform to play a variety of compelling parts.
