Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor is proud to have been accepted into the South Asia Acquisition committee of the internationally recognized Tate Modern Museum in the UK. The actor Sonam Kapoor is honored to have been accepted into the South Asia Acquisition Committee of the internationally renowned Tate Modern. “I’m deeply honored to join the prestigious Tate Modern as a member of their South Asia Acquisition Committee,” Sonam stated in a statement released by the actress’ management. I have always been fascinated by Indian and South Asian art, and I have made it my mission to support these artists whenever I can.”

Regarding performing, Sonam’s most recent appearance was in the Shome Makhija-directed movie “Blind,” which also had notable performances by Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, and Lillete Dubey. Sonam made her acting comeback with the movie following a maternity leave.In August 2022, Sonam was blessed with a boy named Vayu.

She also signed on to two more projects: Sonam spoke about them and stated, “I wanted to take some time off with my son after taking two years off because I was pregnant. Not almost two years have passed since I committed to two projects: a television series and a movie that I will soon begin production on. That will be released in a different year, as that is how movies are made. Since I also want to spend time with my family, my plan is to create just two pieces of material year.
