Bollywood enthusiasts can look forward to a nostalgic cinematic experience as Adhyayan Suman and Miss Universe Diva, Divita Rai, come together for the upcoming film, “Love Story of 90’s.” Directed by Amit Kasaria and produced under the banner of Sangani Brothers Motion Pictures by Haresh Sangani and Dharmesh Sangani, the movie takes a captivating journey back to the romantic era of the 90s.
Amit Kasaria, the director, expressed his excitement about the project, emphasizing the importance of having a strong support system with producers like Haresh and Dharmesh Sangani. He described “Love Story of 90’s” as a romantic film with the right touch of nostalgia, highlighting the significance of the creative collaboration.
The director’s inspiration for the film came from his personal connection to the 90s era, having grown up watching iconic love stories like “Maine Pyar Kiya,” “Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak,” and “Hum Aapke Hain Kaun.” Influenced by the timeless romance depicted in these films, Amit aimed to create a captivating love story reminiscent of the cinematic style of that era.
A key moment of inspiration for the director was Shah Rukh Khan’s observation that, after the success of “Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge,” many young women were seeking characters like Raj and Simran in other movies. This led Amit to create two characters with a cinematic flair who grew up watching 90s movies.

“Love Story of 90’s” is not only about individuals born in the 90s but also explores the journey of teenagers going through their high school years in 2012, adding a contemporary touch to the narrative.
Amit Kasaria shared, “I am celebrating 90’s romance with this duo. The characters believe in pure and innocent love, and I wanted to incorporate this essence into my movie.” He added that the trailer would feature heartwarming romantic tunes and family-oriented entertainment.
Adhyayan Suman, the lead actor, was the director’s first choice, and after some initial commitments, Adhyayan promptly agreed to undertake the project. The director praised Adhyayan’s dedication and the unwavering support of producers Haresh and Dharmesh Sangani, emphasizing the importance of a positive support system in creating an extraordinary film.
Miss Universe Diva, Divita Rai, was selected as the lead actress for her embodiment of joy and belief in the essence of life. Fluent in Hindi despite being a South Indian, Divita Rai impressed the director and producers with her beauty, intellect, and ability to express herself.
Most of the film was shot in Uttarakhand, with additional scenes and songs filmed against the picturesque backdrop of Manali. A minor portion is yet to be filmed in Mumbai.

The movie is set to have a theatrical release and will later be available on a renowned OTT platform. The director credited music director Rahul Nair for bringing his ideas to life and expressed gratitude for having top Bollywood singers like Atif Aslam on board.
“Love Story of 90’s” promises to offer audiences a delightful trip down memory lane with its nostalgic theme and captivating storytelling, making it a film to watch out for in the coming days.
