The OTT platform Multiplex Play is set to launch a thrilling and suspenseful web series titled “Makeup Man,” produced by Meenakshi Singh. The series boasts a talented cast including Priya Mishra, Pallavi Devnath, Ehsan Khan, Mohit, Neha Kapoor, and others. Directed and written by Bilal Qureshi, known for his work on the popular show “Crime Patrol,” the series is a result of collaboration between Qureshi and Rehan Ali Sheikh, the Chief Managing Director of Multiplex Play.
The storyline delves into the life of a makeup artist, exploring the challenges they face and their relationships with actors. Pallavi Devnath takes on the role of Hansika, an actor and model, describing it as a fresh and distinctive character. Priya Mishra, another lead actor, highlights “makeup man is someone who makes an actor presentable”. Mishra, who has previously collaborated with Qureshi, expresses excitement about their reunion for this project. She has recently worked in a Dangal show “Sindoor ki Keemat” and another Balaji drama is lined up to be aired featuring Priya Mishra.
