Actress Geeta Basra, currently preparing for her Bollywood comeback with “Awasthi Vs Awasthi,” plans to spend Diwali in Jalandhar with her in-laws. The couple, busy with consecutive work commitments throughout the year, is looking forward to a well-deserved break.
Geeta, accompanied by her children, will arrive in the city a few days before Diwali to enjoy the festivities and share quality time with the family. This year’s Diwali holds special significance as the couple’s son, Jovan, will now be able to comprehend and truly relish the festival surrounded by his extended family.
Expressing her excitement, Geeta shares, “Diwali in Punjab is always special since our family resides there. Celebrating the festival with our loved ones is always beautiful. My kids enjoy being with the family, and the kind of love and pampering they receive is unparalleled.”
Geeta Basra also discusses her upcoming movie, “Awasthi Vs Awasthi,” expressing her anticipation for the project, “I am excited to be a part of ‘Awasthi Vs Awasthi.’ It’s the perfect project for my comeback, and the entire experience of shooting the film was great.
