Actress Rewati Limaye, who turned a year older recently, had a rather calm birthday this year. The actress says that usually she has a huge party, but this year was different.
“This year my husband and I decided to spend my birthday calmly and silently. So, this year, instead of a big birthday bash, we have been here in Mahabaleshwar, Panchgani. We have been here for a few days and we are having lots of fun. My birthday is very important to me. It makes me feel happy and special because everyone calls and gives good wishes to me. I love celebrating my birthday,” she says.
Ask her what she gave herself this year, and she says, “I have started writing a little bit for myself now and there are many projects on the way as well, which I can’t disclose now. So, as a gift, I have bought myself a MacBook Air which I needed.”
Talking about a birthday ritual, she says, “So every birthday, I decide to do one thing. I always go to the temple or if I don’t, then I sit at my home and pray and find that spiritual place by myself. As I am in Mahabaleshwar now, I visited the Krishnabai temple here, In fact, I have spent a few of my birthdays here because it’s very calm and beautiful. The temple is very peaceful and calm and there’s a Shivling also and I feel very good visiting the temple.”

Ask her which has been her most memorable birthday, and she says, “I don’t remember one particular birthday but I always extend my birthday celebrations and I get crazy for my birthday.
