Renowned music composer Mithoon and singer Palak Muchhal recently celebrated the completion of 365 days of togetherness, marking a significant milestone in their relationship. The couple, who first met while working on the Aashiqui 2 soundtrack a decade ago, expressed their joy and gratitude on this special occasion.
Mithoon and Palak’s journey began on the Aashiqui 2 set, where they collaborated on the film’s music. Mithoon shared that meeting Palak helped him rediscover various facets of his personality, while Palak expressed that Mithoon added peace to her excitement.
The couple, known for their simplicity and strong family values, celebrated their one-year anniversary with a reception attended by close friends and family members. The guest list included Palak’s parents, Palak’s brother Palash, Subhash Ghai, Javed Ali with family, Warda Nadiadwala, Sheeba and Akashdeep Sabir, lyricist Sayeed Quadri, Suneel Darshan, Monty Sharma, Udit Narayan, among many others.
Reflecting on their journey, Mithoon said, “People search for perfection in various elements. To me, there is no form to perfection. It has always been an abstract. Palak has taught me that one who is happy, his life is truly perfect. Today, our families are around us and so are those whom we love and cherish. This bond makes our lives perfect.”

Palak added, “Everyone always told me that after my marriage, my partner will find it very difficult to escalate my level of happiness. But Mithoon has doubled my happiness with his love. I am truly grateful for him; he is the most important part of my life.”
