SEVENTEEN, the 13-member South Korean boy group, has unveiled a cinematic trailer for their highly-anticipated 10th mini album “FML,” which is set to be released on April 24. The mini album, which has already surpassed 4 million pre-orders, features six tracks including two lead singles, a title that is yet to be disclosed, and three unit tracks titled “Fire” (Hip-hop Unit), “I Don’t Understand But I Luv U” (Performance Unit), and “Dust” (Vocal Unit), as well as a full group track titled “April shower.”
The trailer for the mini album, which was released on April 15, is reminiscent of a trailer for a feature film, as it opens with a voice-over narration asking, “How do you define the world that surrounds you?” The video captures the members of SEVENTEEN in the center of chaos, placed in the midst of broken cars, messy rooms, dull offices, packed buses, and groups of menacing chasers. However, instead of being set back by distress, the members rise to the challenge, with the narration urging them to “Fight for your life.”
The K-pop supergroup has also released a series of concept photos that tease the theme of the mini album, and fans are eagerly anticipating the reveal of the album title. SEVENTEEN’s 10th mini album “FML” arrives nine months after the repackage of the band’s 4th full-length album “SECTOR 17,” which charted at No.4 on the Billboard 200.
SEVENTEEN’s previous album, “Face the Sun,” released in May 2022, was the best-selling album in Korea in 2022 with 3.28 million copies sold. The album also made its mark globally, with the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) ranking it as the fifth best-selling album worldwide in 2022.

The success of SEVENTEEN can be attributed to their fiercely independent spirit and a nonpareil in-house creative ecosystem. The group’s innovative structure hinges on the interplay of three units: hip-hop, vocal, and performance. SEVENTEEN has become one of the biggest groups in the music scene due to their world-class synchronization, jaw-dropping choreography, and tight teamwork.
The group made their U.S. TV debut on The Late Late Show with James Corden in 2021, followed by unforgettable performances on The Kelly Clarkson Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and Jimmy Kimmel Live! SEVENTEEN’s 4th studio album “Face the Sun” marked a new milestone in K-pop, making the group the second artist in K-pop history after BTS to surpass the 2 million mark for first-week album sales. The album was also the group’s first top-10 charting album on the Billboard 200, which was soon followed by their latest release “SECTOR 17” that debuted at No.4 on the chart.
SEVENTEEN closed out 2022 as the first K-pop artist to take home PUSH Performance of the Year at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, and the first K-pop act to win Best New and Best Push at the 2022 MTV European Music Awards. With their unparalleled talent and dedicated fanbase, it is no surprise that SEVENTEEN’s upcoming mini album “FML” is highly anticipated and has already exceeded 4 million pre-orders.
