Dangal TV’s most valued show, “Crime Alert ” is back in a new avatar with realistic stories involving complicated interpersonal relationships between family members, pragmatic drama and imperceptible crime that is surely to stand out amongst the sea of thriller shows on TV today.
The tagline that goes “Darna Nahi, Mitaana Hai ”, is testimony to the show being very different from others airing presently.
Actress Sudha Chandran, who is the anchor of the show, says that she is looking forward to how people will react to it. The show focuses on the apprehensions and fear of the protagonist while the inner self prepares to fight for it. The strong narrative elements used in the show are certain to have something new for everyone to relate to and learn from. Crime genre has a different feel and audience and when you are an anchor you become a social messenger, you are conveying what is just right to the audience. Initially when the show was offered to her she was skeptical due to her lack of fluency in hindi.
She says, “Relatively, I do speak Hindi quite well but there are certain words which must be said with precision. So, I was a little doubtful, a lot of questions were going on in my mind but nevertheless, I have always accepted challenges. I said to myself “Sudha don’t give it up. You must give it a try” so here I am.
She also added “While we do listen to some heart-wrenching stories on the news, the stories here will make the audience alert and informed.”
Airing from 3rd October, Monday to Sunday at 1 pm only on Dangal TV, Crime Alert has always been and remains a game-changer when it comes to crime shows on the screen today.
